Jomar Dual Seal Cylinder Kit  

After working closely with numerous cylinder experts, Jomar has developed a dual seal kit that will replace the single seal on Sheffer cylinders.

It is believed that this dual seal will significantly reduce the likelihood of leakages and extend the lifespan of the cylinders. It will also eliminate the need for bellows or some of the other secondary devices used to prevent outflow into the molding area.

The kit includes the new gland and complete set of seals with dual rod seals.  You will also need a drainback system that will return any seepage back into the MAIN TANK. Some customers without an existing drainback system will have to purchase some additional parts not included in the dual gland kit to take advantage of this feature.

No customer or agent discounts are applicable for this kit. However, since the demand is expected to be extraordinary, Jomar is offering all customers a low introductory price. Delivery is expected to be 5-6 weeks, but potential delays may be experienced due to the volume of requests.

At this time, this kit is available for Sheffer cylinders only. It will expedite your order if you use the chart below to identify your current cylinder and the appropriate dual gland kit part number. Give the kit number to our Service department and they will process your order.
