Update from Jomar Italia:
EBM25 2x25 litre HMWPE + PWDS
Jomar has continued the development of its range of Extrusion Blow Moulding machines with the
EBM 25.
This new product is a single station blow moulding machine, an evolution of the previous
model and one that now adopts horizontally sliding carriages, which are cast,
and lever locking.
The latest project saw the production of 2 by 25 litre stackable containers in powder HMWPE
with a molecular weight of 2. The container had a finished weight of 1,100 grams with a production
speed of 140 containers/hour. The machine was equiped with a double extruder 80/25mm diameter with
an output of 170 kgs/hr each feeding 2 single heads with independant servo-pistons for the 300 point
parison control.
Augmenting the parison control the PWDS/SFDR system allows the ovalisation of the die to give the optimum
wall distribution at the lightest weight with the highest mechanical strength.

EBM6 L/S 16 x 300ml HDPE
This double station machine produced Boston Round Toiletry bottles in PEHD. The machine was equipped
with 90/25mm Diameter extruders capable of a max output of 200 kgs/hr. The high output of 5,300 b/h were
fully tested by the integral leak tester and with a pick and place robot, the bottles were transferred
from the trim station to the machine exit to save space around the machine.
